LEGAL · SIMULATED TRADING

Terms of use

Effective 17 August 2026 · Last updated 17 August 2026

TakeProp provides simulated trading evaluations. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or deposit-taking institution. No user order is placed on a live market.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract and permitted to use this service where you live. You must provide accurate information and may not create accounts for another person.

2. Simulated evaluations

All balances, positions, executions and funded accounts are simulated. Challenge fees purchase access to an evaluation service; they are not deposits, investments or trading capital. Simulated results do not guarantee future performance.

3. Trading rules

The plan shown at checkout controls profit targets, daily loss, static maximum loss, leverage and reward split. Open equity counts toward loss limits. A breach may close positions and lock the account automatically. Attempts to exploit stale prices, duplicate transactions, platform defects or multiple coordinated accounts may invalidate an evaluation.

4. Payments and rewards

Only supported USDT networks and the exact displayed address may be used. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Performance rewards are conditional contractual rewards, subject to eligibility, identity verification, review of trading activity and applicable law. They are not returns on invested funds.

5. Account security

You are responsible for your password, recovery access and wallet addresses. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect users or investigate fraud, sanctions, abuse or technical risk.

6. Availability

Market data, blockchain networks and hosting providers may be interrupted. We may pause trading when reference prices are unavailable or unreliable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular simulated execution price.

7. Prohibited conduct

Users may not automate abusive requests, reverse engineer security controls, submit false payment references, impersonate others, launder funds, evade sanctions or use the service unlawfully.

8. Changes and termination

Material rule changes apply prospectively unless required for security or law. We may terminate accounts for serious violations and will retain records as reasonably necessary for disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TakeProp is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, market movement, third-party network failure or transfers sent to an incorrect address. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
